Terms of Service

Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and STABL (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/443799/07). By joining the waitlist or using the STABL app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

The service

STABL is a non-custodial wallet for sending, saving, and spending StableCoins. It is currently in a pre-launch period: the waitlist lets you register interest, and the app and its features may change, be delayed, or not ship at all. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use the app. STABL is initially offered in selected markets only; availability in your country is not guaranteed.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app, nor any particular timing. We may invite users in any order. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing us.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your device, wallet keys, and recovery material. Because STABL is non-custodial, lost keys cannot be recovered by us and may result in permanent loss of funds. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Not financial advice

STABL provides wallet software only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we are not a bank or a custodian of your funds. Stablecoins and other digital assets carry risk, including the risk of loss.

No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STABL is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of funds arising from your use of the service, lost or compromised keys, or factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will revise the "last updated" date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
