1. Introduction
This manual is published by STABL (Pty) Ltd ("STABL") in terms of section 51 of PAIA. It describes the records STABL holds and how you may request access to them. STABL is in a pre-launch phase operating a waitlist; this manual will be updated as the business grows.

3. The Information Regulator's guide
The Information Regulator has published a guide, in terms of section 10 of PAIA, on how to use the Act. It is available from the Regulator at inforegulator.org.za .
4. Records held by STABL
STABL holds the following categories of records:
- Waitlist and contact records (email address and, optionally, phone number and country, plus limited technical metadata captured for security)
- Company and statutory records (incorporation documents, the Memorandum of Incorporation, statutory registers)
- Financial and tax records
- Contracts and service-provider records
- Correspondence with users and third parties
5. Records held under other legislation
Some records are kept in accordance with other laws, including the Companies Act, 2008, the Tax Administration Act, 2011, and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.
6. How to request access
Requests must be made on the prescribed PAIA request form and sent to the Information Officer at the email or address above. Please describe the record sought and the form of access required, and provide enough detail for us to identify it. We will respond within 30 days, as required by PAIA. Access may be refused only on a ground permitted by the Act.
7. Fees
A request fee and reasonable access fees may be payable, as prescribed in the PAIA regulations. We will let you know the fees that apply before processing your request.
8. Remedies
If your request is refused, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator — inforegulator.org.za — or apply to a court for appropriate relief.
9. Availability of this manual
This manual is available on this website and, on request, by email. It will be reviewed and updated as STABL's records and operations change.
